Yep: Google US thinks there are 443,000 copies of that same porn page.

Folks on The Whack Stack have tried it from several states, and all get
the same results.  For a little while, earlier, the single word
"cleaner" found only 148 results in the entire Google database:

Although now it returns well over 6.3 million, as it should.
